This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Cuajado LLC ("Cuajado," "we," "us") collects through this website and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you create an account, place an order, or join the Turophile Club, we collect your name, email, phone number, and pickup/billing address, plus whether you've opted into marketing emails. Your cart contents are stored only in your browser (localStorage) and are never sent to us until you check out.

Payment information

We never see or store your card number. All payments and saved payment methods are handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We store only what Stripe gives back to us: a customer reference id, order totals, and subscription status — enough to manage your account and orders, nothing that could be used to charge a card outside Stripe.

How we use your information

To create and manage your account, process and fulfill orders and membership billing, communicate about an order or your membership, and — only if you've opted in — send marketing emails about new stock or events. We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payment processing) and the infrastructure providers that host this site and its database. We don't share your information with anyone else except when required by law.

Data retention

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as needed for our own accounting and tax records. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see below).

Your rights

You can review and update your name, email, phone, and address any time from your account page. To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account, email cuajadopr@gmail.com. We'll need to keep records legally required for completed transactions (e.g. for tax purposes) even after a deletion request.

Children

The Service isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the Service changes. We'll post the new version here with an updated date.
